Our Mission at Next Level Performance (NLP) is to enhance the little league experience. NLP is dedicated to make this happen by providing professional training to athletes, coaches and umpires.

The Dome Sports Center is home to a 30-acre campus with state-of-the-art indoor batting cages and field space. Our programs are designed to be affordable and flexible for every league and their families. We believe every athlete of all abilities deserves a professional sports complex to call home. We have developed our offerings over several years with the help of local little league community leaders: it takes a village of people to run efficient youth leagues.

NLP is proud to be able to contribute to these efforts for every child, parent, coach, umpire, and volunteer who makes that happen in their community.
