SOCCER Lessons

NAME: Ryan Bayless

BIO: Ryan Bayless is an experienced soccer coach and personal trainer specializing in sports performance and strength conditioning. He began his journey as a student-athlete at Clarke University from 2019-2022, followed by a summer season with Kalamazoo FC in the USL2, where the team won the Great Lakes Championship and advanced to the playoffs. In 2022, Ryan joined LSUS, where he helped the team secure both the RRAC Regular Season Championship and RRAC Tournament Championship. During this time, he also coached at Cabosa Club in Louisiana, further enhancing his coaching experience and developing young players. In 2023, Ryan contributed to another RRAC regular season title and a second-round appearance at nationals. Additionally, during the fall of 2024, he served as the head coach of the WMU Recreation Women’s team. With multiple years of coaching experience and a high-level playing background, Ryan combines technical expertise with a focus on physical conditioning to help athletes reach their full potential both on and off the field.

Next Level Instructional Futsal League

As the longest-serving futsal academy in Southwest Michigan, Next Level’s Instructional Futsal League is open to players of all clubs and programs, offering a perfect mix of instruction and gameplay.



Our co-ed league welcomes ages U6–U17, with a focus on skill-building and fun.
