We offer several options for volleyball clubs based on your skill level and goals. You can join teams for…
The National team level is our highest level and was designed for athletes looking for a high level of exposure to competition and college coaches. Teams play in 8-9 travel tournaments and/or training weekends with other highly competitive clubs. Practices are 2 times a week with 2 team practices with individual skills practice included. Athletes are committed from the beginning of December through mid to late June when AAU Nationals conclude in Florida. Cost includes all fees. Uniforms included.
Regional-Winter is for our participants who want exposure to high levels of competition and potential college coaches. Teams play Club level Lake Michigan Power League division plus 2/3 additional tournaments with Regional travel.There is both team/ individual training 2 times a week. Athletes are committed from the start of practice in December through the beginning of March.*New this year: 1 to 2 teams will be created for each age level for Regional Teams. Travel will be Indiana/Grand Rapids/Ohio. Cost includes all fees. Uniforms included.
Regional-Spring is for our participants who want exposure to high levels of competition and potential college coaches. There is both team/individual training 2 times a week. Athletes are committed from the start of practice in March through the beginning of June with the MJVBA Championships in Grand Rapids. * New this year: 1 to 2 teams will be created for each age level for Regional Teams. Travel TBD for Spring as tournaments get posted. Regional Spring Cost TBD.

State-Winter participants will play local competition (Grand Rapids area) in the winter season (December-early March). Teams compete in the Grand Rapids area for 3-4 tournaments in the Lakeshore Power League and practice twice a week. You can play 2 local seasons back to back. Teams will compete at Winter Bash: 2 Day Tournament in Grand Rapids on March 1 and 2.
State-Spring participants will play local competition (Grand Rapids area) in the spring season (early March-early June). You can play 2 local seasons back to back. Teams compete in the Grand Rapids area in the Lakeshore Power League and practice twice a week. Teams will compete in the Spring Fling (May 17/18) to end the season in June. Regional Spring Cost TBD.

The House Team program is designed for athletes seeking a competitive volleyball experience without the commitment of travel. Perfect for players of all skill levels, teams are formed based on experience beginner, intermediate, or competitive
so athletes can grow and compete with peers at a similar level.
Teams practice twice a week with expert coaching from Next Level staff. The season runs from the week of March 10 through May 18, concluding with an exciting House Tournament where parents can watch their athletes showcase their progress.
This program is ideal for athletes balancing multiple sports, those looking for fewer weekend commitments, or players from any club seeking an inclusive, local option.
The cost is $625 and includes all fees, two team shirts, and a full season of development and competition.
The UP Volleyball Program is designed for young athletes to develop their skills, build confidence, and fall in love with the game in a fun and engaging environment. Open to 10U
14U players, this program provides a well-rounded introduction to volleyball while emphasizing teamwork and leadership.
Teams practice two times a week for 2 hours per session over a 3-month season, with opportunities for live scrimmages against other UP teams to enhance gameplay experience. Leadership training is integrated into the program to help athletes grow both on and off the court.
Athletes receive 2 team t-shirts, and all fees are included in the program cost. This program is perfect for players looking to learn the game, develop their skills, and have fun in a supportive, team-focused environment.

SHORT BIO: Hannah Miller brings over two decades of volleyball experience to Next Level, with an impressive background as both a player and coach. She has been immersed in the sport for 23 years, including 16 years as a certified volleyball official and four years of coaching.
A graduate of Mattawan High School, Hannah played two years of varsity volleyball before continuing her career at Lake Michigan College. Specializing in the middle front position, she has extensive knowledge of all positions and skills, making her a versatile and well-rounded coach.
As a lead coach at Next Level and director of the beginner UP Academy, Hannah is passionate about developing young athletes and fostering a love for the game. She also runs all open gyms and adult tournaments at The Dome, providing opportunities for players of all ages to improve and compete.
