TKO Sports Performance – 10 Week Program

This is for TKO athletes ONLY and will be confirmed and paid for through the club. Due to COVID restrictions, we are limiting sessions to 12-14 athletes and you will have to attend only the session that you are registered for. Sessions will take place at either the Dome or the former Sir Home Improvement building (still on the Dome campus next to Wendy’s), now owned by The Dome. You may sign up for ONE session per athlete only. More details to come.

This registration is for 10 week participants only – 6 week participant registrations will be released after the New Year.

Sessions are subject to cancellation if they do not meet the minimum numbers.

Monday’s – January 18, 25, February 1, 8, 15, 22, March 1, 8, 15, 22
4:00 – 5:00 p.m. – High School AND Middle School athletes at the Dome
5:00 – 6:00 p.m. – Middle School athletes at the former Sir Home Improvement building
7:00 – 8:00 p.m. – High School athletes at the former Sir Home Improvement building

Wednesday’s – January 20, 27, February 3, 10, 17, 24, March 3, 10, 17, 24
4:00 – 5:00 p.m. – High School athletes at the Dome
5:00 – 6:00 p.m. – Middle School athletes at the former Sir Home Improvement building
6:00 – 7:00 p.m. – Middle School athletes at the former Sir Home Improvement building
7:00 – 8:00 p.m. – High School athletes at the former Sir Home Improvement building
