10 Session Punch Card

Sports Performance is the core component of all athlete’s maintaining physical fitness in the off season and improving in season!
Each session will include a warm-up, agility, speed work, body weight training, core work & a cool down.
All ages welcome! Class will be divided based on age & ability.
Class size is limited so if you are using a punch card or dropping in you MUST register online and if you are unable to do so, the class is sold out.
Six Week Session from July 13 – August 19
Tuesdays from 6:00 – 7:00 p.m. or Thursdays from 12:00 – 1:00 p.m.
Drop in – $15 // 10 Session Punch Card $140
Full Session – choose one day – $65, both days – $125
