If your age group tryout is sold out, please contact us at info@domesportscenter.com to see if there is a place that we can fit you in. If there are two date/time options for your age group, please choose ONE option.
Due to covid restrictions, we are having smaller group tryouts with ONE date per group. If we need to schedule a second tryout for certain age groups, we will notify you.
We will use both the Schoolcraft Elementary gym as well as the Point gym for these tryouts so please note your location!
12U Tryouts:
Sun 2/28 from 12-2pm

Sun 2/28 from 2:30-4:30pm OR Sun 2/28 from 6-8pm

June 5th AND 6th in Grand Rapids, MI – MJVBA
15u, 16u, 17u, 18u:
April 17 or 18 in Angola, IN – AV All Day Mini Challenge
May 15 or 16 in Grand Rapids, MI – MVA Spring Fling
May 22 or 23 in Angola, IN – AV All Day Mini Challenge #2
June 5th AND 6th in Grand Rapids, MI – MJVBA
You may tryout to play up, but you cannot play down. AAU numbers will be required after you commit to a team with Next Level. The AAU Code for this season is: WYE33C.
Age groups are as follows:
12 & Under
Must be born on or after July 1, 2008 ————— Cannot turn 13 before July 1, 2021
13 & Under
Must be born on or after July 1, 2007 ————— Cannot turn 14 before July 1, 2021
14 & Under
Must be born on or after July 1, 2006 ————— Cannot turn 15 before July 1, 2021
15 & Under
Must be born on or after July 1, 2005 ————— Cannot turn 16 before July 1, 2021
16 & Under
Must be born on or after July 1, 2004 ————— Cannot turn 17 before July 1, 2021
17 & Under
Must be born on or after July 1, 2003 OR born on or after July 1, 2002 AND are in the 11th grade during the current academic year.
18 & Under
Must be born on or after July 1, 2002 OR born on or after July 1, 2001 AND be a high school student (12th grade or below) during some part of the current academic year.
There will be a parent meeting at the first practice of the season. Practices begin the week of March 8th. Please plan to send one parent with your athlete for the first 30 minutes of the practice. We will go over AAU numbers, expectations, jersey sizing & team payments.
Tournament Schedule – TBD:
Each team will play 4 one day tournaments.
There will be one additional tournament added for 15-18U TBD.
