Speed & Agility class it the core component of all athlete’s maintaining physical fitness in the off season and improving in season!
Each session will include a warm-up, agility, speed work, body weight training, core work & a cool down.
All ages welcome! Class will be divided based on age & ability.
Monday’s: January 4 & 11 from 6 – 7 p.m. at the Dome Sports Center
Monday’s January 18 & 25 from 6 – 7 p.m. at the former Sir Home Improvement Building on the Dome campus – this is right next to Wendy’s! The roster is only has 3 spots so if you are using a punch card or dropping in you MUST register online and if you are unable to do so, the class is sold out.
Wednesday’s: January 6, 13, 20 & 27 from 4 – 5 p.m. at the Dome Sports Center
You must register online ahead of time to ensure social distancing numbers.
