Learn to Lift is for athlete’s that want to start lifting weights, but aren’t sure what to do and need to learn proper form. The session will teach your athlete to lift weights with technique that will help them to improve strength over time.
Pair this with Speed & Agility at 5:30 p.m. for a full workout!
Ages 12 and up.
Tuesday’s: November 3, 10, 17, 24, December 1, 8 & 15 from 4:30 – 5:30 p.m.
