The Dome Sports Center/ Next Level Performance shall recognize the cancellation of services, activities, contracts, and/or products with a fair and reasonable monetary refund based on the below outlined conditions.

It is the philosophy of The Dome Sports Center and Next Level Performance to be responsible in its commitments to customers and to anticipate equal treatment, in return. When a customer initiates action with registration or reservation, The Dome/NLP commits to preparation and delivery of facilities, activities, events, products, and/or services.

SPORTS PROGRAM REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Club fees are not refundable once teams have been made. We understand that things may come up and plans change, however we must build our leagues based on the number of teams and players registered and once payment is made, a spot is reserved for that paid player and so in the event they are unable to fulfill their commitment to the league or program, no refund will be given. Suspended or ejected players will not receive a refund or proration of their fees for the lost games due to suspension or ejection. It is the players responsibility to show sporting behavior and control their actions on the field/court. In addition, tryout fees are not refundable, nor can they be applied as a credit to an account.

CAMPS/CLINICS/LESSONS

Camps/Clinics/Lesson fees are not refundable but may be applied as a credit for a future camp/clinic/lesson if approved by program director. We understand that things may come up and plans change, however we must staff our activities based on the number of participants registered and once payment is made, a spot is reserved for that paid participant and so in the event they are unable to fulfill their commitment to the program, no refund will be given. For private lessons, an account credit can be given if the lesson is cancelled within 48 hours of lesson time. After that, no refund or credit will be given.

ADULT SPORTS LEAGUE

League fees are non-refundable regardless of the circumstances at any time during the season. If you are replaced by another player, this player can pay you or the team captain directly, but this transaction is to take place amongst you and teammates, not with the Dome Sports Center/NLP front desk staff or management.

FIELD RENTAL REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

8 Weeks in Advance of the Rental: Rental fees are fully refundable if the person contacts The Dome Sports Center Management more than 8 weeks before the rental date. This is due to the facility scheduling other programs around your rental and staffing the event. Once removed from the schedule there is no guarantee your event can be rescheduled.

Within 8 Weeks of the Rental: Your rental fee deposit is non-refundable within 8 weeks of your event. Once removed from the schedule there is no guarantee your event can be rescheduled.
